Renee Dinauer
Renee Dinauer creates unique freeform and geometric wall sculptures formed of steambent and twisted oak, ash and other hardwoods in 1990. Renee has a great interest in constructivism of all kinds; as sculpture, or even architecture, exploring, challenging, and exploring material bounds. Her greatest interest involves the study of surfaces, especially those alluding to a four-dimensional topographical source, or extrapolation. She received her undergraduate degree at the University of California – Los Angeles in 1975 and studies and exhibits her work on weekends.
